  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data.
  • A passion for fashion, luxury, and retail marketing—an interest in sports and live events is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Wholesale Marketing Assistant to join a dynamic, multi-functional team based in central London. This temporary position runs until the end of July and offers the chance to work closely with regional Marketing & Communication teams across EMEA, supporting key marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in increasing brand visibility across wholesale and e-commerce channels, ensuring an elevated consumer experience. A key focus will be supporting high-profile seasonal marketing campaigns, optimizing the on-site merchandising and digital experience, and driving brand consistency across wholesale partners.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Campaign Management
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a major seasonal brand activation, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Sales, Buying, PR) to develop campaign collateral, in-store visuals, and digital assets.
  • Work closely with wholesale accounts to implement retail media placements, in-store events, pop-ups, and displays.
  • Ensure alignment between brand marketing plans and wholesale partners, optimizing content delivery across all channels.
  • Manage marketing budgets, tracking expenses, invoices, and contracts in collaboration with finance and legal teams.
Digital & Brand Presentation
  • Conduct regular site audits to monitor brand visibility and user experience across key wholesale partner websites.
  • Oversee the deployment of seasonal digital content, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Track and report on marketing campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations for future initiatives.
