About the Role: In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio, including high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, private landlords, and non-residents.

Your time will be split approximately 60% compliance and 40% advisory, providing both technical expertise and strategic tax planning.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing tax compliance and advisory work for a diverse client base
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients within your portfolio
  • Advising on residence, domicile, FIG rules, and international tax matters
  • Managing budgets, billing, and ensuring client deadlines are met
  • Supporting partners with complex tax matters and ad hoc planning
  • Mentoring and developing junior team members, providing technical training and guidance
  • Collaborating with our international accounting network to provide clients with seamless global tax solutions
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven UK private/personal tax experience in a client-facing role
  • Experience managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients
  • Strong advisory skills, particularly on complex tax issues
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Organisational skills to manage multiple partners and clients simultaneously
  • CTA qualified/AAT qualified (or equivalent experience)
