Marketing Manager
Location: You can be based from any office - London, Buckinghamshire, or Hertfordshire (with regular travel across all offices)
Hybrid Working: 60% in the office, 40% from home
Salary: Up to £65,000
Team Management: 1-2 direct reports
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a commercially aware and creative Marketing Manager to join a dynamic in-house marketing team. This role is ideal for a proactive and results-driven individual who thrives on developing and executing B2B marketing campaigns and driving business development activities. The successful candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong stakeholder management skills, and a passion for audience-driven marketing.
Key Responsibilities: - Implement brand marketing and business development activities in line with the firm's strategy.
- Lead and develop innovative marketing campaigns that raise awareness and generate leads.
- Advise senior stakeholders on marketing approaches and strategies.
- Work across marketing and business development teams to embed a culture of audience-focused marketing.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, including graphic designers, videographers, and digital marketing agencies.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns.
- Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all channels.
- Oversee the management of the firm's website, with WordPress experience being a plus.
- Drive business development efforts, including preparing tenders and supporting partners in pitching for new business.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze ROI, and present findings to stakeholders.
Essential Skills & Experience: - Proven experience in a similar Marketing Manager role, ideally within a professional services or B2B environment.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEM, SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns from concept to execution and analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with various teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, AI tools, and website content management (WordPress experience desirable).
- Experience in managing external marketing agencies and third-party suppliers.
- Ability to work flexibly, manage competing priorities, and use initiative to drive marketing activities forward.
Qualifications: - Degree-level education in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- CIM qualification or equivalent is desirable.
