Marketing Administration Assistant.

Greater London/ full time / £11.5 per Hour

Our client based in Uxbridge is looking to recruit a Temporary Marketing Administration Assistant to support their marketing team
 
Role Details:
  • Position: Marketing Administration Assistant
  • Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday – Friday)
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid – Monday and Friday remote, Tuesday to Thursday in-office 
  • Contract Length: February 2025 – April 2025
 
This is an administrative role within our marketing department, working closely with the Marketing Executives. The key responsibilities include:
 
  • Affiliate Marketing – sourcing brand promotions and uploading them onto the company Rewards & Benefits website and Connect App

  • Website Management:
    • Updating tariffs on our corporate website
    • Creating promo codes for prebooking and season ticket customers
  • Social Media:
    • Researching and adding events to our social media event calendar
    • Resharing events on Facebook
    • Designing creatives for social media ads using Canva
    • Drafting social media campaigns promoting the company Prebook
  • App Review Monitoring – reviewing App Store feedback and compiling weekly reports for the clients Connect App
Full training, so prior marketing experience is not required, however we are looking for someone with administration experience and organisational skills.
