Market Access Manager.

Exciting opportunity for a Market Access Manager with a well-established team to support the launch of two new products: Oncology Rare Disease and Digital Therapeutics.
  
Your role will involve pre-launch activities, submissions, tenders, promotional materials, project management, pricing, and leveraging NHS expertise this is essential.
This position offers a dynamic work environment with a fantastic team, you will ideally have 4 to 5 years of experience of working within Market access.

Profile
  • To develop, lead and implement market access, post-HTA and, where appropriate, pricing strategy and tactics for launch and LoE assets that demonstrate the value proposition of the company portfolio at a local level.
  • To provide leadership, management and development of a direct report 
  • To provide coaching to the market access colleagues to enhance technical knowledge/capabilities and ensure effective implementation of the market access materials
  Key Accountabilities

  • Internal & external collaboration
  • External Environment Subject Matter Expert Sought out for NHS/Health System knowledge, with a particular focus on funding flows, medicines management and care pathway development and optimisation
Desired Technical Skills & Experience
  • Previous CNS and oncology experience strongly desired
  • Experience in digital therapeutics and complexities of bringing such to the NHS desired
  • Track record of creating and implementing successful market access strategies and tactics
  • Understanding of the complexities of the tender landscape in the UK and Ireland desired
  • Experience of working in an alliance
  • Understanding of the principles of the HTA systems in the UK and Ireland
  • Business case development
Education/Qualifications
  • Science/pharmacy/medical education to degree level essential
