The Role The Luxury Travel Reservations Consultant will be responsible for designing and booking tailor-made travel packages, ensuring an exceptional customer journey from start to finish. Working within a supportive and dynamic team, they will provide expert advice, build strong client relationships, and deliver a seamless service.
Key Responsibilities - Creating bespoke, high-end travel itineraries with a focus on luxury destinations
- Providing expert guidance, particularly on Caribbean and Indian Ocean travel
- Managing the full booking process, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Maximizing sales through excellent product knowledge and customer service
- Building strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
The Ideal Candidate - Proven experience in luxury travel reservations or sales
- Strong knowledge of the Caribbean or Indian Ocean (highly advantageous)
