The Role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Finance Administrator to provide essential support in a busy finance department. This is a permanent, part-time position.

Ideal for someone with strong Excel skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach, this role is suited to a professional who thrives on organisation and efficiency.

Working Pattern:
Hour: 28 hours per week across 4 days
Salary: £17,000 per annum
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:
Processing purchase ledger transactions and ensuring approvals for timely payments
Managing direct debits, tracking, and updating systems
Handling Amazon orders and staff expenses
Organising and maintaining financial records
Sorting incoming emails and mail, ensuring seamless communication
Managing stationery supplies and assisting with general administrative duties
Ad hoc finance-related tasks to support the Finance Manager and wider team

The Ideal Candidate:
Highly organised with strong numeracy skills
Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in Excel
A friendly, approachable, and adaptable team player
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently
Previous experience in finance administration or purchase ledger (desirable but not essential)
