  • Passionate about Africa and have experienced the magic of safari firsthand
  • A people person who easily builds strong relationships
  • Detail-oriented with 2+ years in customer success or service, ideally within African tourism
  • Experienced with US clients (99% of their customers are from the US)
  • A proactive, solutions-driven communicator excited to grow with a dynamic startup
What You’ll Do:
  • Own the post-booking customer journey — from booking to returning home
  • Collaborate with the sales team and international partners to ensure smooth, unforgettable trips
  • Go the extra mile to surprise and delight customers, turning them into lifelong advocates
  • Support other areas of the business, like marketing and sales, during busy periods
